This page describes how to create an SFTP endpoint and use it to share data.

For the SFTP client, FileZilla 3.67.0 on MacOS Sonoma was used.

Create SFTP endpoint

  1. First you need to generate a key pair, for ex. by using ssh-keygen

Store both the public and private keys. Both keys will be needed later.

  1. Configure an endpoint in the Onedot App

    1. use the public key

  2. In an SFTP client, like FileZilla, configure the connection by using the private key

    1. Create a folder [Supplier Name]

Note

Creating a folder is important to keep the Data View in the App more organised

  1. Go to the Data View and check the SFTP folder, [Supplier Name], created before
