Once the supplier user is invited to the Onedot Platform, use the following steps (from top to bottom) to request product data from the supplier by using Tasks in the Onedot App, created from a template file.
Create Task
Select the template file then click on the Get Feedback
button:
Rename the Task
Optionally rename the task. The context menu can be opened by right-clicking on the Task:
Assign the Task
Assign the created Task to the Supplier:
The supplier will receive a similar email after a few minutes:
Start working
The supplier can start to work on the Task by pressing the link in the email, or by opening the Task in the App and clicking on the Start Working
button:
Add rows
Adding rows is possible by filling in the placeholder row on the top, or by opening the context menu by right-clicking on the first row and clicking on Add row

Delete rows
First the rows need to be selected, and then the Delete
context menu item deletes all the selected rows:
